While looking at one of my indo's friend fb wall status "Menjadi perempuan adalah takdir, menjadi isteri adalah pilihan, menjadi ibu adalah keputusan penuh komitmen tinggi..." make me realize that one day, i'll be a mom to my children...and i believe every girl/lady/woman out there also have a dream like mine...don't you?
Since i am working in the Department of Obstetric & Gynaecology (Ilmu Kandungan, Kebidanan & Sakit Puan) for now, i would like to share some info with you all on how to keep good pregnancy beside enjoy being a preggy lady...:)

So you're going to have a baby! Whether you are pregnant or are planning to get pregnant, you will want to give your baby a healthy start, right? hehehe..
1st, after knowing that you get pregnant, you need to have regular check up with your healthcare provider. These prenatal care (u can click to know more about prenatal care) visits are very important for your baby and yourself. Some things you might do when you are pregnant could hurt your baby, such as smoking or drinking. Some medicines (u also can click here regarding the medicines) can also be a problem, even ones that a doctor prescribed. You will need to drink plenty of fluids and eat a healthy diet.
In early pregnancy, you may get morning sickness, or nausea. You may also be tired and need more rest. Your body will change as your baby grows during the nine months of your pregnancy. Don't hesitate to call your health care provider if something is bothering or worrying you, ok..
Maybe in the next post, i'll share about the changes happen in pregnancy..and also the growing of your baby from the 1st conception till it be a fetus...
